A note on saving audio

Web Speech plays through your system’s voices locally — nothing is uploaded. The browser’s speech API only plays audio; it doesn’t expose a way to capture it to a file, so there’s no download here (we won’t fake one). If you need an audio file, use a screen/audio recorder while it plays.
